Our general home cleaning service includes dusting and wiping surfaces, making beds and changing linens, washing and folding clothes, bathroom cleaning, kitchen degreasing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash bins.

Yes, our cleaners bring essential cleaning items such as a vacuum cleaner, sponges, microfibre cloths, toilet bowl cleaner, multipurpose cleaner, glass cleaner, and kitchen degreaser.

For mopping and ironing, clients are asked to prepare a mop and pail, as well as an iron and ironing board if needed.

Each cleaning session has a minimum booking duration of 2 hours.

Our hourly rates depend on the booking frequency:
2+ sessions/week: $21/hour
1 session/week: $22/hour
Once every 2 weeks: $25/hour
Ad-hoc cleaning: $27/hour

Yes, we offer ad-hoc cleaning for customers who need a one-time session.

Yes, we offer regular cleaning options including weekly and once every 2 weeks plans.

Booking is simple. Just message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll help you arrange your cleaning session.

Yes. Rescheduling or cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $10 charge.

Payment can be made via the QR code provided by the service crew during the service.
