Welcome to I LOVE CLEANING. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Our Services
I LOVE CLEANING provides home cleaning services in Singapore. Service details, pricing, and availability may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
All bookings, inquiries, and customer communication are primarily managed through WhatsApp.
2. Booking and Communication
Customers may contact us through the website or WhatsApp to ask questions, request a booking, reschedule, or cancel a session.
A booking is considered confirmed only after both parties agree on the service details, date, time, and any other necessary arrangements.
3. Minimum Booking Duration
Each cleaning session is subject to a minimum booking duration of 2 hours.
4. Pricing
Our service pricing is based on booking frequency and is displayed on the website. Prices may be updated at any time. The applicable rate will be the rate confirmed at the time of booking.
Current pricing structure:
2 or more sessions per week — $21/hour
1 session per week — $22/hour
Once every 2 weeks — $25/hour
Ad-hoc cleaning — $27/hour
5. Payment
Payment must be made using the QR code provided by the service crew, unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for making payment promptly after the service is completed, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in advance.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Customers may request to reschedule or cancel a booking through WhatsApp.
Changes made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge.
Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $10 charge.
7. Access to the Property
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
If the service crew is unable to access the property, or if there is a major delay caused by lack of access, the booking may be cancelled, shortened, or rescheduled, and charges may still apply.
8. Client-Provided Items
Our cleaners bring essential cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuum cleaner, sponges, microfibre cloths, toilet bowl cleaner, multipurpose cleaner, glass cleaner, and kitchen degreaser.
For services involving mopping or ironing, customers are required to provide:
Mop and pail
Iron and ironing board
9. Service Limitations
Our cleaning service covers general home cleaning tasks as described on the website. Services outside the listed scope may not be included unless specifically agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the normal scope of service or where conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or unreasonable.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate booking details
Ensure a safe environment for the service crew
Communicate any special requests clearly before the appointment
Make payment as agreed
Treat our staff with respect and professionalism
11. Satisfaction and Service Quality
We aim to provide reliable and professional cleaning services with care and consistency. If you have any concerns about the service, please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp so we can review the matter and try to resolve it fairly.
12. Liability
While we take reasonable care in providing our services, I LOVE CLEANING shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the website or services.
Customers should inform us in advance of any delicate, valuable, or special items that may require extra care.
13. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or related systems.
All website content, including text, branding, and images, belongs to I LOVE CLEANING unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without permission.
